1. Registration and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your spot in a course.

• Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• Registration confirmation will be sent via email after payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course.

• Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

• Follow safety guidelines provided by instructors.

• Treat fellow participants and course materials with respect.

• Refrain from activities that could harm marine life or ecosystems.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, guides, and content are the property of Coastal Explorations.

• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

• Research and observations conducted during the course belong to participants.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Coastal Explorations is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents resulting from participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during sessions.

• Cancellations caused by adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed. Updates will be communicated via email or our website.
